This book introduces the noise phenomena in linear and non-linear high-frequency circuits. It discusses the most important noise mechanisms by means of equivalent sources and analytical or numerical methods. Except for the fundamental physical phenomena of noise, the consequences of noise in technical circuits are discussed in a quantitative way. To improve the comprehensiveness of the content, the book contains a variety of problems and their corresponding solutions in the appendix. This book is based on a university course on "Noise in High-Frequency Circuits and Oscillators" taught by the authors.
